What We Do
In addition to servicing advertisers directly, Avail Media also provides media services for creative agencies, marketing consultants and public relations firms. Our team is responsible for the media planning and buying for a broad range of industries including; healthcare, travel, non-profit, energy services, senior living, B2B and education.
We do not take a cookie-cutter approach to media. Each client’s plan is unique to their needs.
Our philosophy is simple. Take care of the basics (know the consumer, know the media and pay attention to detail)….then extend the client’s message through strong negotiation, unique executions and value-added elements. - Evaluate availability and pricing and build out the media campaign
- Negotiate lower pricing & added value (required)
Stewardship
- The campaign doesn’t end with the buy: monitoring of media is done continuously by checking impressions, proof of performance and ratings
- Negotiate makegoods if placements ran incorrectly
- Full campaign report presented after end date
